Pre-release of the first PANEURAMA report, presented at the Viborg Animation Festival 2024
In mid-September from September 9 to 13, PANEURAMA partners took part in the Viborg Animation Festival 2024 and the Conference of AG Animation 2024 in the western part of Denmark.
Invited to participate in industry and research tracks, we presented the findings of our first year of research in the PANEURAMA project. This has culminated in the pre-release of the report, ‘Work Environment Dynamics and Soft Skills in Animation, Games and VFX industries’.
PANEURAMA’s first research report, focused on soft skills and work environments, emerges from extensive research activities, interviews with industry leaders, and collaborative innovation labs. This report offers valuable insights into how professionals and students are navigating the challenges and opportunities of an industry defined by constant change.
The project’s collaborative approach ensures that both educators and industry professionals contribute to building a skilled, adaptive workforce. Through ongoing research and dialogue, PANEURAMA continues to provide key recommendations for aligning education with real-world industry demands, empowering the next generation of talent to thrive in the creative and digital entertainment sectors.
